So I sifted and measured and weighed and had everything ready. I planned on making the white cupcakes first, because I wouldn't have to wash the bowl and paddle to make the chocolate cupcakes.

Yes, I got them mixed up. Wet ingredients for the white cupcakes and dry ingredients for the chocolate.
