I'm back for a moment. I had forgotten to mention last night's dream. I was in a rehearsal with Leonard Bernstein for a concert that included the overture to Candide. He and I were talking after the rehearsal, and I decided that I would start a new theatre company in the emptry department store space at 79th and Broadway, and open with a production of Candide. Lenny was very happy.

I think I'll probably go with CNN and local Channel Six - the ABC affiliate.....although I may switch to Fox 59 - NOT FOX NEWS - just the local Fox network affiliate.

In 2000 when we watched the results we saw Rob Reiner proposition a very young Jon King on CNN when everyone was really punchy. We don't know anybody else who saw that, but years ago I found a CNN transcript that confirmed we didn't hallucinate that.
