So far it's been a lousy morning. At 6:15 my phone rang. It was the Amazon Fresh delivery askig mew to ring them in. I asked, Are you here? I didn't hear you ring my bell. So, I pressed the door buzzer for 10-12 seconds and waited for the elevator to come up.

Well, it didn't, and the phone rang again. The delivery asked me to ring him in. I asked, you you on the right street? Are you at 202? There was this fumbling on the phone, and he said, I see 3R and 3F; I don't see 3C. You are not at the right building, I stated. Are you even opn 82nd Street?

I went back to my chair and sat down while I loked up the number I had for Amazon Fresh. I decided to call and complain. My door buzzed and bizzed and buzzed and buzzed, even though my iinstructions state I am a cripple and it may take me a minute to get to the door. Well, the delivery finally arrived, the delivery man was very apologetic, but the bags were wet from the rain and starting to fall apart. The tortilla chips were completely crumbled from lousy packing, so I have things to discuss with Amazon Fresh today.

So, I will spend some time this morning putting things away. When I take the junk to the basement, I will pick up any mail. I hope to God that book from BK is sitting down there. The current issue with the post office, besides the missing/misdellivered/stolen packages - they were clearly in someone's hands when the tracking info was scanned - the post office seems reluctant to eitherpolice their carriers or seriously investigate claims from customers or the literacy/dyslexia of their employees.
