Back from a nice lunch at a proper English pub - why it's taken me this many years to try it is unknown. I had a BLTA today and it was very good, but I'll be back to try the shepherd's pie and other proper English foods. Call me exhausted. I went to bed around midnight, but just couldn’t fall asleep. Active Brain Syndrome? Perhaps. I finally dozed off around 4 and slept for 3.5 hours. That’s not enough!

Closer to 4 hours-lol. My biggest problem is that I read to counter an overactive brain and that now makes my eyes more dry and painful.
