So happy reading all these nice Drat comments. My happy place is taking a musical that ran two hours and forty minutes on Broadway and getting it to run one hour and forty-five minutes and just under two hours WITH the intermission, without cutting a single word of the show.

2 hours and 40 minutes? Yikes. What “fat” would you say you trimmed? You left the dialogue but were there big dance sequences? Or was it strictly a matter of pacing?
