I spent too much time lying down, a position in which I am comfortable, and sitting up, which is far less comfortable because I want to extend my right arm top use the computer mouse and the pains in my wrist begin. Before long, the pains increase amnd run up my arm into my shoulder and back, where the pains have increased to the point that I need to lie down and let everything adjust. I spent way too much time trying to fugure out the relatinship between my fingers and wrist angles to what's tugging in my back muscles under my right shoulder blade.
I'd try a chiropractor or a masseur, only I have no money and no work to pay for either.
