For anyone here who might be interested - I found an extra hardcover first edition of Meredith Willson's great book about the making of The Music Man - But He Doesn't Know the Territory - in great condition in a great jacket and - SIGNED by Willson from him and Rini (his wife). This book in this condition goes for big money - the only signed like copy on the ABE is eight or nine hundred bucks. I paid three hundred for this many years ago - I somehow got two copies back then but forgot about this until I just found it rummaging around in the garage. Happy to let it go for the three hundred and postage.

Finished with my writing for the evening - twelve pages. I'm spending quite a few pages on the sequence I'm in because I like the detail of it. Muse Margaret can tell me if it goes on too long or it's too much.

I suspect I'll use both pairs of readers - the lower strength works fine for some things and the slightly higher strength works better for other things.
