I am still tossing more out. When I’m not pouring over 40 pages of legalese of the California real estate sales contract, a very comprehensive document.

I'm impressed you are still tossing more out.  I try but it hurts to let go ;D

Good luck with the contract.

Thanks.

Remember I had a lot of my neighbor’s stuff to go through. His partner was a photographer and there were hundreds of photos and slides, including some interesting Hollywood memorabilia. And my stuff.

I have new neighbors downstairs and they are readers. I will give them a bag of my discards.

That is easy.

I am sure MR BK would recognize Miss Allison Hayes instantly.

I’ve already had some “refuser’s remorse.”

Always.

As you can tell from the photo she was a classically trained actress - and swimsuit model.

The internet tells me that the town fireworks will start tonight at about 9:15 pm.  So I may move to the front porch at that time.

Because of all of the tall trees between my house and the park I can only see the fireworks that go the HIGHEST.....but I can certainly hear them.

Enjoy what you can see.

So much history gets lost. It’s a shame.

Yes it is.

I do not have a photo of my grandfather, my mother's father.  Someone had to have had at least one photo but never passed it on to my mother.

I don't have a photo of my paternal grandfather, but that's because he and my grandmother divorced and he was erased from the family history. When my grandmother died we checked and there was not a photo of him to be found. I'm hoping some of my cousins might have photos of a bunch of the siblings, including him, but no luck yet. The closest I've gotten are photos of his parents and some of his brothers.

Is it really a holiday if Reese's doesn't have a special shape for it?

I celebrated Pride Month by using napkins from Chik-fil-A to clog the toilets at Hobby Lobby.

On this day in 2008, we had lunch with DR Ron Pulliam in San Francisco and then went and got married.

A Very Happy Anniversary to you and your DH!!
