My mother's phone and Internet are now restored. I wasn't able to accomplish it remotely, but after almost 2 hours on the phone with tech support, they were able to do it.
It's kind of incredible how much we have come to rely on consistent Internet service.

My DH and his two brothers were all born on holidays. DH the day after Christmas, the middle brother on July 4th, and the youngest on Labor Day.
Family is coming over this afternoon. I have yeast, flour, mozzarella, tomatoes, basil, and loads of parmesan. Sounds like pizza to me!

DR John, I have not read Isabel Allende’s Of Love and Shadows. I'm not really a fan of her writing.
The lead actors in Off the Grid were Josh Duhamel and Greg Kinnear. I've never heard of Josh Duhamel - anyone have? And I haven't seen Kinnear in anything in years - even when he was on E I couldn't stand his smug "I'm so droll" shtick.
