For some of the software upgrades at work, we have to install several "authenticators" (random security code generators) on our personal cell phones.
I know a couple of people who absolutely will not put any work-related app(s) on their personal phones. If their work requires the app(s), then their work can supply and pay for the phone...not negotiable. If I remember correctly, they got phones paid for by their work, but they absolutely cannot do anything personal on them, which is also the point. So, no problem.
