This ad from the latest edition of the AARP magazine advises me that I should not attempt to lift my wheelchair over my head.

I've been looking over a score by my student, and in 10 minutes we have our session. I look forward to it.

Really loved the first season of Heroes. Then the second season began and it was so immediately bad, it was easy to quit and pretend it ended after season 1.

Back from errands, including filling the tank @ $2.95/gal. - down two whole cents from earlier in the week.

I have to go sign some kind of affidavit dealing with my late uncle's estate that was closed almost three years ago.....something someone forgot.

Unfortunately no money is involved on my end - so to speak.

Thank goodness about the money, except what does "so to speak" me?  Will you need to pay a fine?
