For some reason, though I am curious about why there's so much buzz (some from sources I respect) about THE HUNTING WIVES -  after two episodes, we can't seem to get enough interest to resume watching.

Maybe the online synopses will give a clue of what's worthwhile about it.

I haven't heard the buzz.  The title doesn't sound like something I would be interested in watching.

(9:30 is "first thing in the a.m." for me.) 

What a coinkydink (sort of)!  I went today to get labs for my dermatologist.

Test(s) for my psoriasis.  The dermatologist wants to put me on Humera instead of topical ointments and lotions, and they need to make sure that I don't have TB or other infections (or something like that).

However, when I got there, they didn't have the order from the dermatologist!  Fortunately, my regular doctor also wanted labs, so it wasn't a totally wasted trip.

This is why I ask the doctor to give me the paperwork to take to the lab with me.  Any doctor, I've simply gone to the lab too often and found the order was missing an item or two or completely missing like it was for you today.

I actually don't remember them telling me that I even needed tests, so I never went until they contacted me asking for the results.  A bit of a miscommunication, but it's all good now...hopefully!

I still need to send a DVD disc to DR Singdaw.

It's of the documentary that I got on laserdisc, Titanica.

I got the laserdisc and it was perfect, but before I had a chance to record it to my DVD burner, somehow I broke the disc!

It definitely was my fault, so I ordered another one (fairly comparable in price, and neither very expensive).  I've received it and can now record the laserdisc to my DVD burner.

It takes hours and there's still about 30 minutes to go.

The vegetables are cooking. I still have to return the beef to the mix and let it integrate.

My mother used to make a recipe for borscht she got from my father's mother.  My father loved it.  I did not like it.
