DR George, yes, you need to get a TB test before going on Humira (or generics like Hyrimoz) and then get one annually. Humira works by suppressing an overactive immune system, so you have to be cautious when you get sick. I find colds and the like hang on longer than they used to. For me it's worth it to control my psoriatic arthritis.
