Barstools aren't arriving today because - they haven't even picked them up - apparently, the tracking number was created on Wednesday when I ordered them. But apparently Wayfair didn't communicate with Fed Ex or Fed Ex didn't bother communicating with Fed Ex so the latter didn't know if they were supposed to pick it up or if Wayfair would bring it, to which I say, boys, pick up the damn phone and figure it out rather than letting it sit there. The nice lady I was talking to understood my frustration and she's escalated the whole thing with Fed Ex and internally, but Fed Ex refuses to give a delivery date until they have the package, to which, if I were on the phone with them, would say well, go pick it up NOW. We then had to reschedule the assembly people and we did that in the nick of time because if you cancel less than twenty-four hours they charge you twenty-five bucks. We scheduled the assembly for next Saturday. If it still hasn't been picked up by Wednesday I'll need an immediate refund.
