Not feeling motivated to either watch something OR finish the manuscript. I spent too much time today fixing hundreds of mistakes rather than just mushing on. There's something in me that just wants to fix when I see them.  I have forty-five pages left.

I started with a recipe from the late 1800s. It made enough filling for two pies, so I have added pecans and coconut to the extra filling.

I let the crust rest longer than the recipe called for. Then rolled it and filled the pie plate. Then I let it rest again.
