Whatever I've tried, Amazon won't let me get the categorization of my book to something like Humor or Music. It seems stuck on some variation on Popular Culture.

I can't find any information on whether this was determined by a human being or by some sort of AI or computer system.

Had long conversation with the gal who wrote the book, and she's fine with me getting rid of repetitious stuff and also anything where she doesn't come off well - there are only a couple of instances of that, which I'll now fix.

Thanks for the heads up. I'm up for seeing that again. I really only know Detroit from one childhood visit and a college-years one, but it made its impression on me in those years and I know of its incredible past as one of the great cities.

My sealed copy of Believe... The Songs of the Sherman Brothers (on the label that shall not be named) finally arrived.

I bought it when it was released, but I don't know where that copy is, and it's not on the streaming services.

In any case, I notice that nowhere is BK credited for the Shermanized Word Medley. Or anywhere on the album, of course.

I take that back. There is a "Conceived By..." credit in the booklet.

Both shows involve solving a murder every show, but THE MADAME BLANC MYSTERIES is lighter in overall tone even though the murder itself is just as violent, like in ELSBETH or MURDER, SHE WROTE.
