We seem to have have 5 or 6 of the "Guests" consistently today in the current day posts.

That's pretty unusual.

HA! DR FREDDIE that is the rocking chair I bought a dozen years ago at the Marsh Supermarket (a chain that no longer exists)....I was visiting a friend in Indy and he had one on his front porch.

I asked him where he got - MARSH. The next day I went to the MaRSH store in Mooresville. They had a big stack of the unassembled chairs and one floor model.

The manager was standing there and asked if I was interested in a chair. I said yes but I could never put it together. He thought for a moment and said "You can have this one, I'll just put together another one for the floor model."

Walla.....a white rocking chair.

Amazon now tells me it was "out for delivery" in Greenwood since 11:58 A.M., and expected to arrive between 7:15 and 9:15.

Dinner tonight is Chinese takeout.

We had Chinese delivery.

I have enough left for leftovers tomorrow, at least a lunch-size portion.  Sometimes, sitting in the sauces, it actually tastes even better the second day.

Sitting in the Sauces - could be a title, but of what?

You might suspect that I intentionally ordered enough to allow for a leftover meal.

You lucked out with the already put together chair.

Do you know It Follows?

No, I hadn't heard of it. Looking it up on Wikipedia I can see why, it doesn't sound like the type of movie I enjoy, even with Detroit locations.

When I'm at my high school reunion next month, maybe I'll go by the Gran Torino barbershop. It was on the way from our house to the (long gone) music store where I took trumpet lessons.

TOD: Unforgiven, then Gran Torino. The latter in part because I can do Detroit location spotting like bk and others do for LA.

Both were good movies.

How about a chorus of Lobo's "Me and You and a Dog Named Boo"?
