My fifth word guess was something completely different to see if other letters are in the word, because I couldn't think of words that had the second and third letters until I made that completely random guess.

The Broadway URBAN COWBOY was quite entertaining, if you went into it knowing what it was going to be and what is was not going to be.

And an interesting memory was of music director and conductor Jason Robert Brown (he was already a Tony-winning celebrity at that time) spending some time onstage during the intermission, checking people's music, doing some kind of work that the music director might do at intermission, even jumping around a bit in entertaining fashion as he moved about the stage. And when members of the audience saw him doing such work and movement during intermission in full view of the audience, quite a few of us sat and watched him as if he were a part of the show.

I slept well, much better than I expected. I had a weird moment around 10:30, when I came out of a sound sleep, thinking someone was knocking at the door. For several minutes I seemed to be in a semi-conscious state where the dream seemed real, and I panicked, thinking someone - one person or several- was coming in to harm me. It was quite unsettling. When my panic ceased, I sat up, stepped on Stella who was sleeping on the floor next to the bed, turned on the bedside lamp, checked the cats - both Annabelle and Thatch slept next to me - and went back to sleep.

Another memory of the Broadway URBAN COWBOY: Since the ad campaign very much featured an alluring picture of its leading man, the audience in previews was quite skewed towards gay men. And the result was that there was a rather short line for the ladies' room at intermission, but a noticeably longer line than usual at the men's room.

This morning, now that my social security has landed, I will pay some bills and send a few mp3 flles to Miss Kim Criswell, who returned to London last night. After that, it's anyone's guess.

I had an experience like that once, Elmore. I heard banging on our motel room door and was sure someone was trying to get in. Everyone else in the room was still sleeping, so it may have been just a dream.
