Re Covid coming back - it never went away. It's a flu variation now and isn't going anywhere.

I feel like I should be wearing my mask again, yet I am not doing it.

After my sister's initial round of her chemo cocktail it seemed it worked.  I was doing the study at the NIH at the time.  When the cancer return within, I forget how long, they told me she would be gone in x number of months and they were right.

Before it came back I tried to get her to sign up for a trial and she wouldn't do it.  Once it came back she called me to get her into a trial, which at that point she didn't qualify for any :(

Cute yet a bit menacing!

Maybe call it menacingly cute.

That’s Lynda Hoxit’s body with Al Kooper’s head on the album cover.

It is a nice little town but gets very hot in the summer.

Bottom line: High and Low remains, for me, one of the greatest films ever made. This reboot is not and for very specific reasons. It was also, despite all the critics bowing at the Spike Lee altar, a huge flop. Some critics didn't bow and some of the fresh reviews are not fresh at ALL.

I keep forgetting I have sweet potatoes here - maybe I'll microwave one later and have that for a snack.

I think he may be buying a condo.

I hope not the one DR Jeanne is trying to buy.

Palm Springs prospects sound exciting. I hope to retire there someday myself.

Just remember to budget for air conditioning in the hot months. It can be quite a bit.
