Maybe some algorithm jokes to move this page along.

An algorithm walks into a bar.

The bartender asks, "What would you like to drink?"

The algorithm replies, "What's everyone else having?"

If all your friends jumped off a bridge would you follow them?

Machine Learning algorithm: yes.

My girlfriend wanted to visit another country, so I wrote an algorithm that crawls all the travel sites online...

She wanted to go to either Canada or Iran.

Canada, Canada's pretty close, I just ran Canada in about 2 minutes; I found a way that fit our budget.

And Iran, Iran's so far away, I just ran Iran all night and day; I couldn't get a way.

I was busy all day yesterday with church stuff. Our 20th anniversary of being in this building is this weekend, so they thought we should have a celebration.

The thing about anniversaries is that no one else really cares. So I really don't expect anyone from our past to show up.

We spent several hours setting up the dining room so we don't have to do it on Sunday morning. Then I spent a few hours making a PowerPoint presentation of old photos. I went through my old camera cards looking for photos of people. Trouble is, there are thousands of photos of nature things mixed in with the church photos. And I had cleared some of the cards to make room for other photos, so none of the photos go back 20 years. But they'll get what they get.

I also got covid and flu shots yesterday. Last night I was achy. I took some Advil around 1 a.m. and went back to sleep until 6:30, which is sleeping in for me.

DR LAURA I'm sure your efforts will be appreciated - except by those (in every group) who after the fact say "Well, I could have done that better if you had asked me."

They are the same ones who have been asked before to help and either are too busy or uninterested or who turn it back over to you at the deadline - with nothing done.

Leaving in about 30 minutes or so to get to the highway between the starting of high school and the dropping off of the grade schoolers.

It's a scientific certainty.

Smart move.

The trans message the FBI claims was scratched into the bullets - was actually TRN the trademark of the manufacturer of the bullets - a Turkish company named Turan.

LOL. I thought the trans message seemed odd.

LOL. Nobody will complain. It looks nice. As far as the photos go, I took them when I worked there. Haven't taken many since. We have no official photographer.

The pastor sent out invitations to everyone he could find contact information for. There's a few people I hope don't come.

Shake Shack has a new burger - a French onion burger - like the soup but a burger. I'm tempted. I've only had Shake Shack twice - Hated it the first time - second time, avocado and bacon cheeseburger, was better. And they now have onion rings.
