DR Fred, I found this:

"You cannot directly change the star rating on an existing Barnes & Noble review; instead, you must delete your old review and post a new one with the correct star rating. To do this, submit a deletion request to reviewmoderation@bn.com with the product title, its ISBN/EAN, and your username or email address.
Steps to Change Your Rating
1. Request Deletion:
Send an email to reviewmoderation@bn.com.
Include the Product Title, EAN/ISBN, and your email address or username in the email.
Once your review is deleted, you will be able to post a new one.
2. Post a New Review:
Go to the product's page on the Barnes & Noble website.
Click the "Write your review" button.
Select the desired star rating.
Write your review.
Click "Post Review" to submit it."

Here's what I sent.

Product title: "Richard and Me"
ISBN 9798823054348
FJL1960@aol.com Fred Landau

I loved this book, and intended to give it five stars, but I must have clicked wrong because it says one star.

Please delete the review.  I'd like to resubmit it.

Thank you,
Fred Landau

Hello, everyone, from a very stressed DR Jeanne.

This escrow is driving me nuts. The difficult seller was annoying, but some of the mortgage staff are sexist, demanding, inaccurate, and just plain make me want to scream. I have been reviewing and signing documents from them non-stop, under constant pressure. FedEx envelopes arrive every morning with more documents. Now the escrow company is doing the same. I called my broker and told him it is not humanly possible to do all these at once. He will call the escrow company and tell them to back off. It’s fortunate that much of it is done electronically because it would require all the trees on earth to make so many paper documents.

I am shocked.  Vibes everything improves and the process becomes easier.

We are technically on hold as the difficult seller is out of the country and has not provided HIS documents. I am going forward, anyway.

There was an article in the NYT about LA’s restaurants. Covid, of course, decimated the entire restaurant industry, but we also had the writers’ strike, and now two huge fires. It’s really taken a toll.

I have been feeling tired and run-down all day. Didn't do much but laundry.

I was kinda worried this afternoon. I tried to take a nap this afternoon. I only do that when I'm sick. Or if I have a reaction to a vaccination.

I was not able to go to sleep and I feel fine, so I guess it was a reaction to the covid shot. They don't usually do that to me any more.

FYI, I saw on the innerwebs that the minimum age for a covid shot may be increased to 75. So get it right away.

I'm fine. It's probably just that I got up at 3 a.m. today and have been busy all day.

I also attended a party for a 100-year-old tonight. Bob has been dancing for a years now and it was great to see him do a waltz and a rumba. He also blew out the three candles on his cake (1-0-0).

Just watched The Unholy Trinity with Pierce Brosnan, Samuel L. Jackson and violence, violence, violence.

Not recommended by me, but there were one or two moments.
