Hello, everyone, from a very stressed DR Jeanne. This escrow is driving me nuts. The difficult seller was annoying, but some of the mortgage staff are sexist, demanding, inaccurate, and just plain make me want to scream. I have been reviewing and signing documents from them non-stop, under constant pressure. FedEx envelopes arrive every morning with more documents. Now the escrow company is doing the same. I called my broker and told him it is not humanly possible to do all these at once. He will call the escrow company and tell them to back off. It’s fortunate that much of it is done electronically because it would require all the trees on earth to make so many paper documents.
