Last evening there was a harvest music festival in Ladner, BC. I got to see an electrifying performance by a Canadian band from the ‘70s/‘80s that never really had crossover success in the states. Them two of their members left and had huge crossover success with a band they formed called Loverboy.

Streetheart was the band I saw. It’s fun to see a band play songs that are obvious standards that everyone in the crowd knows, but nobody in the U.S. would know at all. Kinda like living in an alternate universe.
