Two flies somehow got in the home environment today. I warned both that it was only a matter of time. One met its maker within five minutes. I wasn't even aware of the other until it appeared a couple of hours later. It joined its pal soon thereafter.

I had some LPs by Michael Parks. Beautiful packaging but unremarkable music. I kept one I still have, kind of a downer singer-songwriter vibe.

New notes are written but it was an ordeal because of a cut and paste that subverted my formatting so that when I cut and pasted into Word Press it was screwy - once I figured out what Word Press was doing, I fixed that, then I saw what Word had done and fixed that. So irritating.

Soup arrived, less than half full. So I got half a refund - not enough really and had it been DoorDash it would have been a full but I used Grubhub instead. DoorDash usually does full refunds and does it as a credit rather than refunding to card, which I prefer.

So, that's a Grubhub downside. But the downside to DoorDash is worse if you're just trying to get something that's twelve bucks, as they've upped the minimum to fifteen bucks for the discounts to kick in to Dash Pass members. That is ridiculous.
