I just learned that Joan Miro, a favorite artist, illustrated Canticle of the Sun by St. Francis of Assissi. Amazon didn’t have it, but I can get a used copy for a mere $2,470.

I had a long post about my morning at urgent care that I will have to do later.

I'm kicking myself for not making an appointment with my primary at least a week ago.

[Jane]

The PA I saw at urgent care agreed with our suspicions of what this is and initially wanted me to go to the ER for a biopsy.  More than once I mentioned that my vision has not changed, and much of the urgency of doing a biopsy is so that you begin treatment and don't go blind.

She did prescribe meds to see how I react to them, and cough meds in a capsule I have never tried.  I will begin those tonight and the other meds after breakfast tomorrow.

I'm not sure I want the meds to work because then I might have to go on them forever.

[Jane]

Hopefully I can reach my primary in the morning and see what he wants me to do.
