Last night, around 4:00, I realized I was getting sick again, so I canceled my 10:45 appointment for today. I then tried to cancel Access-a-Ride via their automated system. AAR claimed I had no trips today, so I called back and tried the automated system again. No, no rides for today. Around 7:30, AAR called me to remind me I had two rides this morning. I just now canceled my trips. Oy!
