These days...
I am here following a more-than-one-hour-long call with Xfinity about my service going out at one in the morning. I had a second wind and was watching The Night of the Iguana on TCM, and halfway through ... zap. Nothing. TV, modem, everything, out like a light.Miraculously, what the Xfinity person did this time (wait for it)FIXED THE PROBLEM.
I guess we can assume any absent HHW'er today has been raptured.
I went to the getting place to get things this morning. When I got home I realized it was more like the FORgetting place.I may have to go back Friday morning.
George would recall Manhattan Transfer singing:He's really downAnd he's no clown (yeah, yeah)He has the finest penthouseI've ever seen in town (yeah, yeah)And he's cute in his mohair suitAnd he keeps his pockets full of spending loot (yeah, yeah)
