I’m off work. I treated myself to an Italian dinner that was called the Uptown Cluck. Imagine chicken-fried chicken covered in prosciutto and melted cheese with a rustic gravy. Fettuccine was served with sauteed green beans and mushrooms. It’s more than I can eat.
