I'm picking someone up at the airport this afternoon.  I hope the flight flies.

I had seen a Costco coupon for Cranberry Walnut bread so we tried a loaf.  Now we wish we had purchased two loaves.  Apparently it is a seasonal item that sells out quickly and we were lucky to get it.  We wouldn't want to go to Costco just for that to find out they had sold out already.

Does it appear that the flight will take off on time?

Reheat your fries in the air fryer.

That sounds like a good place for reheating fries.

At least enough time that you will know before going to pick her up.  Fingers crossed her flight isn't cancelled.

Last year, we started getting the Bisconies from Costco, but then they stopped having it in the New Year.  This year, they have it again as of a few days ago, though I don't see what's specifically for the holidays about the Bisconie.  But at least now we're on notice that they consider it a holiday item, and they'll stop having it after Christmas, so we'll buy more accordingly.

Yes.....step kick step touch with hand movements is something that even the Rockettes would find challenging.

I saw those for sale and wondered what they were.  I just looked them up and now I know :)

Thank you all for your e-deposit comments.

Yes, I think it could be a great aid, but how do I proceed without E-WithdrawingCash, which I've asked Jen to do several times in the past years?

It doesn't have to solve every issue to still be very useful. There are other approaches that may reduce the need for withdrawing cash, depending on what you use it for.

It’s a sweet, old-fashioned movie, predictable at every turn. Even the big moment when June Squibb blurts out the big cuss word to great effect.

The movie opens with Bobby Darin singing Artificial Flowers. I think that tells you what you need to know. Santino Fontana, Dennis Haysbert, Martin Sheen, Loretta Devine, Squibb and Stacy Keach are all pleasant company.

I started the new Harlan Coben today, and the new Micheal Connelly showed up as being ready.

A veritable movie stampede by JohnG standards!

I’m trying out an unlimited movie pass.

Does that mean your attendance at a movie doesn't count in that movie's grosses?

I dunno. And I don’t care.

Yes, and it’s a nice role, even if it sorta ends in a joke. It handles the onset of dementia and time in an interesting manner.

We saw him in New Haven starring in THE KING AND I - must have been in 1989 or 1990.  He was quite excellent.

Comedy is when the plague, death and despair happen to other people.  Tragedy is when Mel Brooks gets a paper cut.

Nobody's Fool which was released in March or is there a newer one out? I read that in March.  I read the new Connelly book last month.

I like to save certain books to read in December, holiday themes or feel good books.  Bruce, I have decided to save Richard and Me as one of my special treat December books.
