LOL!

Mentioning "The Act" brings out the Martin Scorsese in everyone.

It was interesting to see THE LOVE MACHINE with all of the curse words included. The women's fashions were all pretty bad.....

My question for ASK BK DAY:

What is your favorite Jacqueline Susann novel and movie made of her books?

We are back, a bit slower and not as strong.  Our neighbor called and a technician will be checking things sometime today.

I think it was in The Love Machine that Ms. Susann has her hero eat the low-carb meal of steak and salad.

Workers just left. Talk about bankers' hours! But they got all the first stage work done, cutting out and removing plywood and strips of sheetrock (in case there was any mold to be found, and there wasn't), and they'll be back tomorrow.

Back from the theater, everyone is now on the exact same page, I have a set model, and all is well.

I got home and realized I'd left my sunglasses at the theater. Not good. So, there was someone working there and I got the number from Doug and was just about to call him, when I looked down and saw the sunglasses were hooked on my sweater, which I'd done while using my readers. I gotta tell you.

I'm happy to learn that Kerry Conte is in Ragtime! She's a really good frend of Joshie, and I've known her since she was a little girl in 1994 in the New York State Theatre Institute production of A Tale of Cinderella.

Excellent! She's a swing and understudies Mother and Emma Goldman. I don't know how often she goes on but she did great last night.
