I didn't realize that my phone camera had a night setting, so I took this after the parade was all done:

Now, if you're thinking, too bad he didn't know about the night setting for the pictures of the boats. But even if I had known about it, you have to hold the camera still and the boats were moving, so it wouldn't have worked at all.

What's really cool is that building used to be an auto shop back in the 1980s (the restaurant kept the big garage doors!) and that auto shop used to be owned by Mona's late husband.

My parents met and becane friends with Chuck and Mona when we all lived in Colorado when they were both in the army. After he retired, Chuck and Mona moved up here, and then my parents move us up here and we all stayed friends! Mona is one of the regular Phase 10 players!
