Well, you've read the notes, the notes spoke of Kritzerland 133, and now it is time for you to post until the 133 cows come home.

George, it was wonderful to see both sets of your photos in last night's posts -  your evening with your friend David in Seattle, and then around your house.

TOD:  There have been Amazon Fresh items missing, whole bags once in a while (the bags usually say how many bags there should be, like 1 of 4, 2 of 4, etc) - where I just somehow wasn't sure about what happened to the bag.  Was it left on the truck? - in which you'd have thought they'd deliver that bag later - but usually not.  Did someone just take it?

But Amazon has always been very good and prompt about giving a refund for any missing items.

I really like your new light fixture. It has that "Mid-century modern" vibe going on.

So I was up at 5:30 to allow myself time to feed the cats and check the delivery status. I was dressed by 6:50 and after the cleanup in the kitchen (more later) the cats were fed by 6:20.

I usually get an Amazon email around 5:45-6:15 about the delivery and a link to check delivery status. This morning, it didn't show up until around 6:45.  Running late, I thought, and I estimated delivery closer to 8:00 than 7:00. Well, just around 7:00, the delivery showed up, Stella went batshit crazy over the thoughts of company, bags to play in, and best of all, FOOD!, and the 15 minutes it took to receive and unpack the delivery was sheer hell.

After kitty cleanup, I must make a basement trip. Then I mst vacuum and mop the kitchen. Yesterdat, Jen brought be a flimsy container holding a lot of chicken soup. For dinner, I put half of the soup into a sauce poan, got it boilng and added a lt of frozen corn and peas and carrots. It was quite yummy. Last night, during cleanup, because I am a crippled mess with kneeling issues and I have a hard time dealing with a refrigerator that sits too low, I managed to knock the soup out of the fridge and onto the floor, and because the container was flimsy, I ended up with the entire contents - soup, schmaltz, peas, carrots, and corn all over the floor. Using a lotta paper towels and my cane, I blotted up the liquid, leaving a lot of veggies on the floor. Using every flour-letter word I knew along with some new ones, I decided to let the veggies dry out and get them up this morning. That's done and I need to mop. I hate my life.
