I stayed up too late watching a Midsomer Murders episode, so my timing is off this morning, but my goal is to get through the next two numbers in the score.

I did sleep very well. Around 8:00 last night, ut was really cold in the apartment, and I was afraid we had another heating issue, like last week's. When I heard the heat click in around 5:00 this morning, I was very happy.

DR singdaw, I've never seen The Concert in performance, and it's my belief that the ballet is for piano solo, so I was surorused that Viennese performance had an orchestration. If my memory is correct, The Comcert is performed to Chopin piano pieces, so perhaps the video peoducer decided to find an orchestrated recording for the taping.

I just checked Wikipediam and I was right about Chopin!

We had a great closing night, and the closing of an era with this show. Cast par-tay was nice and not too long, and I made myself load the equipment into the car instead of going back today for it. Got home, sat up for a bit, then literally crashed. I slept solidly through the night for my first time in weeks.
