My greedy brother Macbeth's memories seemed to have morphed into being that everyone else was rotten, and he was the only good one - conveniently resulting in he and Lady Joann Macbeth his wife trying to steal our parents' entire estate. Funny how convenient that can be.

When I first met him in the 1990s at The Drama Book Shop, he was a London-based writer and leading operetta/British musical theatre historian whose books I really treasure. Now he is retired and living in New Zealand with his partner and cats. He just sent me this review of Annabelle & Thatch:
