Had the phone call from Muse Margaret, about which more in the notes. And thus far, I've done over ten new pages - the best writing day I've had in terms of page output, and I'm sure I'll do another five.

And when I do the other five, I hope we're not still ON page five.

Good news on being so productive.

I’m 776 on the waiting list for Reese Witherspoon and Harlan Cobin’s Gone Before Goodbye.

Not to curry favor with the host, but when you read online reviews of The Creature Wasn’t Nice, some people don’t get it. Invariably they are looking at the wrong things. They’re missing out on the fun interplay of a great ensemble while they focus on the fact that it is a whole different brand of comedy than Naked Gun or whatever.

I was surprised to watch an old Siskel Ebert and see that both loved The Wiz. I assumed it was roundly dismissed.

I remember certain Leonard Maltin reviews like where he said the ending of All That Jazz left a bad taste for the whole film. I happen to think the ending is magnificent.

I was going to say I don’t think I saw a movie this year with humans (non-animated) in it.

Non movie theater: On a plane I saw Mickey 17 or whatever number. That was a headache.

We’re still scrambling to find better work options before Mrs R’s gig dries up at the end of March.

My gig is fine, I’m doing things in the print and digital space, but it alone can’t sustain us.
