in a quest to get to 100 posts...

We are thinking of renaming the dog, Silver to Taco. I swear, he answers to it.

Dieu Ron,

I was talking about the son of Paul Bocuse, the French world-renowned chef from Lyon...

The fish I had was a recipe by Paul Bocuse as well... See the connection?

What was this?.... fish?

I have not watched SURVIVOR this season (I much prefer FRIENDS especially since this is the last season), but I have followed each episode on internet chat rooms so I kind of know who the players are, especially the men.

Anyway, for the last week, CBS has been advertising tonight's episode as "If you think you know who's going home tonight, think again. You'll never believe who they're sending home."

Well, as I said, I haven't been watching but from summaries of each episode, I had formed an opinion on who I thought would be leaving tonight, and guess what. I was exactly right! So, take that, CBS!

DR Andrea,

If your dog is a dingo from Australia you should call him Taco Bill -- see last week's posts!  ;)

Re: Survivor... I have Tivo. This means I watch most shows whenever I have time and feel like it. Some shows I watch soon after they're aired because they're timely. Survivor is one such show. However, I've yet to watch tonight's. So, in the interest of not blowing it for Mark I selfishly ask for a pause on Survivor spoilers for another hour or so. :)

I was going to get a flu shot this year. Truly, I was, but when TITANIC closed, I caught a case of the flu. Now, I know there are thousands of kinds of flu virus, but I figured since I caught one of them already, I'd tough out this winter and see if I can withstand any more.

Mr. Mark, I was really trying not to say anything that would give anything away. I know how angry some of you got last week, and I tried to VERY carefully word what I was saying so nothing would be given away. If I did say too much, I most sincerely apologize.

Nope! It's not about keeping someone hopped up on karma. It's about giving it every once in a while when called for, either way. That's why I like my 3 day rule. :)

No, no, no. You said nothing wrong at all. And if you had it's quite all right to do so, I should go away until I watch it. All I meant was to let people know I hadn't seen it and if you all are up to it I wanted to selfishly ask for any spoiler talk to wait until I've caught up. :)

I need gossip and this site simply is not accomodating me lately.

I think we need less torrid love affairs and more betrayals.  Torrid love affairs are good and all but they are best when they lead to deeply rooted betrayals :)

I have some gossip. Something about Michael jackson that I'm sure NONE of you have heard about, but I'll just keep it to myself a little bit longer.

Really, to be serious for a second, is ANYONE surprised this has happened (AGAIN!)

ok... I think I'm done my picture posting thing..

Naturally we all know why I'm doing this: Jed must be able to see my beauty everywhere he looks ;)

And Jed dear, I have know idea what closets you were talking about... the madames chaperoned us all the time!

I am grateful to learn that Jed is no longer in the closet.

is anyone else made very uncomfortable by the way Jackson looks (not to mention the charges laid against him...)?

While I understand the severity of the charges against him which are, if true, completely despicable, I feel less anger against him then pity.

DR Francois, I have to admit, addressing him as Dieu Ron gave me my best laugh of the night. SUch a simple thing to do, and it was hilarious.

Gossip:

I think Miss Vickie has been emailing love messages to Magnus while mentioning some nasty remarks regarding her master Dieu Ron.

She complains that since he is Dieu things haven't been the same at home!

She's planning to move to Oz but wonders if that's not too Wicked a plan!

[sigh] Now we're in for another barrage of Michael Jackson expose shows. NBC's doing one tomorrow night, and I'm sure the other networks will follow suit. I got sick of him last year when he had that behind the scenes show, and then NBC did a two hour "other side of the coin" about his plastic surgery, his problems with youth, his spendthrift ways, etc. NO MORE!

Of course, that's why we have DVD players and 300+ channels on digital cable.

Then that means Camilla Parker-Bowles is, no, don't tell me! I don't want to know!  (a Jerry Herman reference).

Haggis is good. I adore haggis... DR Ron, obviously, you ate bad haggis. And evidently you didn't do the proper scottish thing and drink before the haggis...

Neeps and tatties, are mashed potatoes and turnips.
If I went to a dinner and was being served haggis along with mashed potatoes and turnips, I would have to take to drink.

I'm wondering if Michael did one of his patented spins during his confessional speech at the end of the SURVIVOR episode. I missed that part.
