ALW wrote "Hunka Burnin' Love"?  What show was that in?

Sounds like another brilliant episode of Grease.  Keep up the posts, though - it's fun hearing about it as filtered through the wacky haineshisway.com sense and sensibility.

I've been running here and running there and now I'm home but I am indeed going to sup in about thirty minutes.  After that, the evening is MINE.

Let's have posts about the Grammys, too.

Only the women are singing ALW songs so far.

-And, of course, "Burnin' Love" was from the musical All Shook Up.  -And "Can You Feel The Love Tonight?" is from The Lion King.

Juliana is bee-yoo-tiful.....but did she not understand the song?  Who was she trying to please?

ALW disagrees with David.  ALW wins, he has MORE money!!

DR GINNY I hope you are prepared for SNOW!!!  I am getting that way!

Yup, all in all I'd rather be in Wisconsin with DH Richard.

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Do I really want to see a contestant sing a song from PHANTOM OF THE OPERA?

Switching to THE ABSENT MINDED PROFESSOR.

I gave up on the Grammy Awards when one song could be nominated in more than one category...and/or they started awarding flavor of the month music styles with categories of their own....

<<<<<<<<<SORT OF A SPOILER>>>>>>>>>>>

So... If the bottom two will be in a "Sing Off" tonight, does that mean the lowest vote-getter could possibly stay?  Or is the sing-off basically just going to an act as a formality?  Or is this the way the producers - mainly David Ian - will insure that they will have good people left in the final four, final two?

Playing Sandy or Danny on Broadway in a revival produced by David Ian and directed/choreographed by Kathleen Marshall....well that almost sounds more like something you would be sentenced to by a federal judge than a reward for winning a contest.

Good question.  Perhaps that's one of those things that will be revealed when the scrolls are opened during the last days....like why does Donald Trump continue to get TV time....and who IS the father of Anna Nicole Smith's daughter.

I am skipping the last hour, DR LAURA.  My tolerance for pain and boredom may be lower than yours.  :D
