Jane, have you ever thought about making your own?  I've actually done that (years ago), but that way you can make only as much as you need.  Just a thought.

I did that years ago.   I am too lazy now.  I think the Veganese mayo is delicious but it also comes in too large of a container.

For the last month I’ve bee recovering from emergency eye surgery. In a few hours as I write I will find out if the operation took as there is a possibility I might have to do it again.i cannot see out of my eye and have not been able to use my computer. I use my iPad placing it 12 inches from my faces. Reading and usually using the dictation button

What a coinkydink...speaking of mayo.  I actually accidentally left out a bottle of mayo last night on my counter all night.  Dopey me.  I made myself a sandwich and remembered to put away other things, but not the mayo.  I did not smell it to see if it would still be good.  I just chucked it in the trash.

Unless it was really hot in your house, it should have been fine.

I have just ordered some chocolates from See's Candy.  I couldn't decide which specific box to get, so I got the custom mix and just picked a bunch of different kinds that I wanted.

It all turned out to cost more than what I had in gift cards, but what I paid was only a third of the total, so it's good.
