According to the next issue of The Advocate, the gayest city in America is now Minneapolis.

I read it was Palm Springs.

You would think so, wouldn't you?

I am back! On the way in I ran into my super who has informed me the Oaf's apartment has been rented to a student. The super assures me he has no dog. I hope he doesn't tunr out to be ne of the midnight crowd from Christmas week.

I got an inquiry from Rodgers and Hammerstein about cutting down the size of the orchestra for the revised version of ANNIE GET YOUR GUN, which I did for them in 2000. Since I have no memory of the orchestration I went to the RHO website to find that the orchestration they've been renting for the past 8 or so years is still credited to the Broadway orchestrator.

Yes, but your name is on all the parts!!!

I had read that also and I trying to wrap my head around that one... God knows it is definitely not North Dakota

At the time I'd posted that I was moving slowly and had only written three pages I'd actually written six.  What's confusing me a little is that I cut four pages last night, so I'm four pages shorter than I was.  Still, moving right along.  I had a very nice late lunch at Hugo's and now I'm basically done for the day, save for maybe doing another couple of pages and then watching a motion picture.

Keith has been reading NORTH AND SOUTH on his Nook Color so I began reading it along with him.  I read at night after he turns out the lights.  He doesn't mind the light on the Nook & prefers it to my flashlight.  After two nights I'm getting the hang of it.  This morning it was still dark out when I began reading & I should have gone back to sleep.  I found the back light too bright first thing in the morning.  I need to see if a gray background will help.

With the book cover it is easier to hold than a regular book.  My biggest complaint it getting the knack of turning the pages without sending me somewhere I don't want to go.  Yesterday morning I went to a completely different book & didn't have a clue how to get back to my book. ;D  Now I know.

I also have to read two books at once so I have something to read while Keith is reading his Nook.
