I honestly don't know WHAT'S with my hair. It never looked like that save for that day.
And here I am at the same event, dancing (yes, dancing) with Riv-Ellen Prell, Rivie to her friends. You'll note that she has quite a bit of nerve being taller than my thirteen-year-old self. This was taken in the little party room at my father's restaurant - it was off the main dining room, which was very old-fashioned and like any classic steak house. This room was for parties and was more modern. We all had a little crush on the waitress who's walking slightly behind and to the left of Rivie.
Home from work and then rehearsal for the coat show in which the DD accompanied me. Tonight is dinner with "pit" friends.

Listening to a new project - my favorite kind of music - early 1960s romantic comedy by one of our greatest film composers. Never released.

Nope, not even an LP. Since the film is on amazon streaming and I get that stuff for free, I'll watch it - have never seen this one - wonderful cast.
