Nothing from Women on the Verge - the newest song in the show is from The Last Five Years.

Thanks.

Bruce, is this supposed to be "house"?

I'm pretty sure he meant "horse."

Physical therapy was particularly intense today and not particularly fun.

I played Angus McGuffie in a production of Brigadoon when I was in college.  It was the very first musical that I performed in and I loved the experience, so it has a special place in my heart. :D

TOD:
Considering the home I have now is the biggest place I've ever lived in and it's also where I've lived the longest, I have accumulated waaaay too much stuff, especially in the garage. What would take months is sorting out what I use from what I don't use. I don't plan to do that until I'm 90 and forced to move into assisted living. And then I'll probably hire someone to do it.

I felt that way, too, and then was forced to get a cat.  THAT prompted me clean my house...well, my niece and mother came over and made me clean (and they certainly helped, too).  I just had to make sure that they didn't through throw away anything that I needed to keep.  I still need to sort some more and get rid of more stuff, but that can always wait. ;)

Otherwise, I have never suddenly had the mad desire to just chuck it all...EVER!

Moving is the way to get rid of accumulated items.  I often find it depressing, other is a relief.  With every move Keith has tried to get me to toss my rock collection.  I just hide it, and then move it ;D  I did reduce the collection this move.

I had a nice time at my discussion group.  It is nice getting to know a few more women in the complex better.  I knew several of them already and others I recognized.  Funny is my neighbor who was never overly friendly and is now :)

Sometimes, all it takes is a different opportunity to get to know each other.

So today was a sad day.  My brother texted me first thing this morning to let me know his Trixie passed in her sleep.  It was the best that found have been hoped for actually Since they had decided that they were going to bring her to the vet today to have her put to sleep because she was in so much pain but that doesn't make it any easier for them of course

I'm so sorry, Vixmom.  My condolences to your brother and everyone who cared for Trixie. :'(

Tonight was a wake and prayer service for one of our long time members.  He had 4 daughters, one of which us a year older than me and one a year younger, both of whom are still members and friends, we all grew up together at church, and over the years their dad was a Sunday school teacher, the church sexton, the basketball coach, a chaperone for our Luther League trips.........

The funeral home was packed with all the people who wanted a last chance to say goodbye , he was nearly 90 so he had a good full life

One of my coworkers had flown to Tampa for the weekend but her flight last night was diverted to Cleveland so she was stuck waiting for a flight home all day
