No, not driving to miami. They drive/take the bus to NYC (which is only 6 hours away).

I'm not sure exactly how many days it took them from NYC to cross the ocean. At least a few days (3-4).

Thank you, DR JRand. Since he's still a deacon, he's The Rev'd Dr. Richard Palmer. He's not supposed to be called Father until his ordination as a priest (which will probably take place before the end of the year).
