Yesterday was my appointment with my second surgeon. First of all, let me say that I try to keep an open mind about people - however, this guy was a ~~prick~~ ~~dick~~ jerk.

Basically, the gist of the morning was that YES, I have severe arthritis damage in my shoulder; YES, I have bone spurs in my shoulder; and YES, I have a tear in some ligaments in my shoulder. However, since I had only been in pain for two months, it was a bit stupid to start considering surgery at this point. Possibly after four months....... maybe a consideration after six months; but certainly not now. Please call again in 2 months for a follow up.

As far as a second cortisone injection, according to Dr. Jerk, there is far too much damage to my shoulder in too many different areas to make an injection feesable.
