I'm up, I'm up.
First off, The Last Starfighter is up and ready for preorder, so those who can and wish to, should. The splash page on the site isn't the way I want it yet, but won't be fixed until tomorrow (Starfighter will be the main focus taking up the top two-thirds, and the others will just be covers at the bottom of the page). Order away if you're of a mind to. You'll really like it.
Jrand: I always do my first reading/signing at Mystery and Imagination in Glendale - it's on November 19th.
JMK: A million apologies - I was packing that stuff so fast, but trying to remember to include the sparkling something-or-other (I had to reopen about five packages where I'd forgotten to include it), but I didn't think I'd missed signing anyone's book. Well, you know I'll sign it - you can get it back to me, or book me another reading for Rewind and I'll come to Portland and we can have a big get-together.
Re: Psycho's ending - you have to give that ending context. It is long and one wishes it wouldn't go on quite so long, but in those days there had never been anything like Psycho, and they had no choice but to explain everything blatantly because many audience members were clueless about such things as they are talking about.
