That's crappy, Dr RonPulliam. I always use my credit card for purchases. Better protection in case of fraud or errors, I understand.

Egg wash and bread crumbs? Cracker meal? White Lily Flour? Corn Flakes?

Or are you more the batter type?

I have no idea! You mean you really didn't know until now??   ;)

I'm so tempted to sneak it into the Brain mix, but it's too late now, since the second disc is halfway through dubbing. Hmmm...

Vinnie?

I think she's referring to the soccer team that is listed as the first movie on the site

I know...I'm just having fun---at the expense of S&V!

Edi, thanks for the info about the NYCLU (DR Ben, it looks like the NYCLU is promoting Friday's 7-ish screening. I'm not sure what that means but I hope we'll at least have a full house)

Maybe I'll wander over to the Quad tomorrow and see if someone will sell me two tickets for a 7-ish PM showing of S&V on Friday, March 30th. If not, I can try this weekend. Maybe times will be up by then.

DR Ben, buy three and I'll reimburse you when I see you.  Thank you for the CD via Anthony today.

DR RonPulliam, as you no doubt recall from some of my angst-ridden posts about bank transfers, you have my total sympathy.  I feel your anger.  I wish your finances a speedy recovery.

"American Idol" SORTA SPOILER #9

Ninth singer: Female.  Interesting song choice.  Sort of a shaky performance vocally to my ears, especially in the beginning.  Funky outift.

I am happy to say that thanks to Dick Van Patten I haven't had to clean up cat puke for 36 hours

LOL...I'm sure he'd be so proud!

That's the firsat time I've heard Sacco and Vanzetti referred to as "The Girls". Maybe there are still things about them I've yet to discover!

(They were there long and they were harmed. Oh yes, they were harmed.)

LOL-I clicked on your link and read about the documentary OFFSIDE, which is what I was commenting on.

I've just come in from seeing DEAD SILENCE with my friend Tara.  It's not a great film but there are lots of frightening moments, some interesting shots, and a creepy ending I was not expecting.  I've always thought ventriloquists' dummies scary, but this film proves it.  I think it was a pretty good ghost story, and my friend Jeremy's father Michael Fairman has  a wonderful part.

I have to say, Boo-Key, that I was trying to do some rudimentary color correcting on some of the Brain shots, which involved clicking on each clip.

In every shot you're in, no matter where I would park, your face always had the most hilarious and in-character expressions---Greg and I were both laughing our heads off.

He thinks you are going to be a huge star, too!

"American Idol" SORTA SPOILER #10

Tenth singer: Male.  Good song.  Good performance.  Could have been better - maybe a step lower.  Better outfit, but still sort of obvious that he doesn't really care about what he's wearing.

Ben, Peter and I will be there for both early and late screenings on Friday and Saturday nights, if the 70ish Friday is looking crowded...

I will! He's very impressed with the new direction you're taking with immigration law. Too bad we keep missing each other. Are you still coming to Atlanta?
