From DR TCB:
Quote
Trust me, Larry and Jane, my sister’s husband would be no help at all.

Only Larry asked that question.  I knew better and was hesitant to ask about your niece knowing how frustrated she is with her mother, and I expect with her father.

I think, perhaps, it was Jennifer who also mentioned my sister’ husband.

I have started watching Lorraine Hansberry's Les Blancs as staged by the National Theater. It's a wildly different work from Raisin in the Sun, but no less impressive. The big surprise to me is that one of the stars is Sian Phillips, whom I haven't seen in years. All these decades after I, Claudius, she remains a most impressive performer. Long may she entertain us.

That's in my liked videos.  I didn't know that Siân Phillips was in it.  I recently got the new DigiMix Remastered studio recording of A Little Night Music, where she played Desiree. :)

I also love that Siân Phillips played Madame Armfeldt in the Judi Dench revival.

If anyone wants to watch Britten's Death in Venice, it's here. Doesn't seem to have a time limit on when you have to watch it.

So, Venice is in Britten, I always thought it was in Italy.

Listening to a very good American symphony written in the year of my birth by a composer named Dai Keong Lee - released on CRI back in the day - I can license anything from them and I'm kind of intrigued by this if I paired it with something strong.

That sounds cool.

So, Jeffrey Epstein finally kills himself, so the story could finally fall off the front page.  Now, they have arrested his girlfriend, so now the story is back on the front page!

Larry, I'd suggest you look at the Life Extension website to narrow down the product options, then call the free Health Advisors/Wellness Consultants for additional help. Some of them are very knowledgable and they're not at all pushy. This is a great resource, IMO.

If you find a product that helps you you might then want to become a member to get better prices. Also, Vitacost carries some, but not all, LE products and they have excellent promotions.

I'd be remiss if I didn't mention magnesium for pain relief. In addition to the mineral we're all familiar with, the homeopathic Magnesia Phosphorica is useful. I keep Mag Phos cell salts,  (a kind of subset of homeopathy) tiny tablets that melt in your mouth, next to my bed. If I have trouble falling asleep or wake during the night I'll take one or two of these and usually fall right to sleep. It doesn't guarantee a good night, but it has saved me many times. Use the 30C dose. Don't take with water, just let them dissolve in your mouth. Available from Amazon.

Hope you find some relief.

A glass of scotch does the same thing.

Adryan Russ chimed in on Simply - a VERY long review - the War and Peace of reviews, actually.  She tell me it's up on Amazon, but I'll post it as soon as I change the topic.

I used my CBD cream (Solace) on my neck and it has really helped.  Still in pain, but I can move.
