Congratulations, DR John G., on your new millstone.

There are milestones. There are millstones. ...

There are good stones and bad stones
 and curbstones and gladstones
and touchstones and such stones as them.
[Such as Them-uh]

There are big stones and small stones
and grind stones and gall stones,
but Goldstone is a gem!

There are milestones, there are mill stones.
 There's a cherry, there's a yellow, there's a blue.
But we don't want any old stone,
 only Goldstone will do!
 Moon stones, sun stones.
We all scream for one stone.
 Mr. Goldstone we love you!
 Goldstone!

I'm sorry that I was E & T yesterday, but we had a medical emergency here; and when that was over, I was plum wore out.  I had hoped to be peach wore out or possibly grape wore out, but that just didn't happen.

How does it go in 110 in the Shade?  Something like, "At least I can say I've been asked."

I'm up - I slept until nine-thirty, exactly eight hours.  Then the helper came by and got invoices and stuff.  I had to send some mp3s to cast members, then put in the works a single version of This Christmas - we have a radio promotion guy who wants to get airplay for that song, and I'm all about that.

I think I'll go to Jerry's as today is chicken corn chowder day - so I'll have a cup of that and a ham and Swiss - then later maybe a snack of some sort.  I think today I'll try an experiment and not leave until about four-thirty and try a different route.

And here is a photo from that little known Jerry Herman musical, the HELLO DOLLY! sequel, HORACE AND DOLLY; THE HONEYMOON.

Actor Jon Locke, who was a semi-regular on the old HIGHWAY PATROL tv series as well as guest starring on tons of tv (including as stint as a sleestack on LAND OF THE LOST) passed away on Saturday.

Lastly, but certainly not leastly, one of my all time favorite Bollywood actors, Randhawa (full name Sardara Singh Randhawa), who starred in TARZAN AND KING KONG along with numerous spy films, mythologicals, and action films of the 1960s passed away a couple of days back.

Have yet to find a news story on it, but his death was confirmed by a couple of Facebook friends who are related to him.

Looking forward to Merrily tonight. Wonder if I'll be the only San Antonian in the place.

I'm going and my friend Margo probably will go.  I don't know if anyone else in this area will go, either. :-\

I'm sure that some other people will...but if not, I will enjoy the performance!

So, Les Miz is coming back to Broadway again?

Yay . . .  hooray!

It's been so empty without it.

Also, isn't there a major production of Miss Saigon happening, also?  I don't know if it's Broadway-bound, but I'd read some headline about it.

Had a book signing at lunch today and we sold 19 copies. Quite amazing, if you ask me for a book that's more than a year old. But the people were wonderful.

DR John G. - if there had been food samples, I'll bet you would have sold even more!

Good evening. I spent a lovely day up north hiking.

DR Laura Keith admired your beautiful photo with me.  I told him I want an easy link to share photos, plus I want your camera.  Please take a photo of your camera and share it with me so I can see if it is small enough for me.
