I think I need to purchase a new suit. I'm also thinking I should purchase it in Ohio over the weekend I arrive so that any alterations can be made by Wednesday afternoon.
Ideas, DR Ginny? You may have to come shopping with me.
Thursday morning greetings!I think I need to purchase a new suit. I'm also thinking I should purchase it in Ohio over the weekend I arrive so that any alterations can be made by Wednesday afternoon.

DR Elmore, Richard and Rob buy their suits at Jos.A.Bank (http://www.josbank.com/AjaxStoreLocatorDisplayView?catalogId=14052&langId=-1&storeId=13452), which you can see has several locations in the area. We'd be glad to go with you!
As I said last night was a great rehearsal. The stage manager was finally backstage, and so I felt free of her squeaky pen writing line notes -
She of course missed a crucial telephone cue because she had forgotten to plug the ringer box into an outlet....we talked a bit and then I picked up the phone and finished the sequence.... She then of course ranted during notes that she was trying to ring the phone, but of course by then, I had picked up the receiver, so it wouldn't ring.
She also let us know she had been taking line notes backstage and would send them out today.....the director finally said that we didn't need them anymore.
She then took that moment to tell me that her parents were upset because I left her name out of the newspaper story about INTO THE WOODS.... I think it was a case of "cut and forgot to paste" because I had her in the first paragraph and didn't like her that high up in the story....but then I forgot to PASTE her in at the bottom.
OOPS.
BRUCE: Sorry, sorry, sorry! I just logged out and used "new" information I found in my password document.
I am now able to log-in. Thanks for your efforts. I had re-set my password back in May and had FORGOTTEN what it was, apparently.
Sorry, everyone, for not being here yesterday!
I got a note from our DR Ron Pulliam to relay:.
Currently not able to post at HHW and want folks to know how much I appreciate their greetings. Bruce is looking into why my log-in info won't work!

Vivian Eng was a lovely lady. What we most remember was the fun and honest joy every time she saw Skip or us with our dogs. She'd have the most enjoyable laugh and was such a kind person.
Who knows DR JANE......you may be right....

What took the director so long to say something ;D
I wonder how unintentional was your oops ;)

More importantly, just how broken up about it are you?
On the happy side, this song (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7uc_o9DC8HI) is going through my head! Ella Fitzgerald sings it.
And here is that same song (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WFtx54oRkBo) sung by Margaret Whiting!

TOD:
What I love about the inner web:
HHW, Ebay, You Tube, being able to find old friends and photos of interesting locations, and being able to research musicals and plays.
What I hate about the inner web:
Stupid people, political rants which are not discussions but one-sided rants by people who want to change your mind with stupid arguments....
Making stars of people with NO talent or reason for notoriety....
It can be a colossal waste of time.....

I am off to a rehearsal.....we don't have to wear costumes, makeup, or wigs.....we have to wear our microphones.
And NO line notes.
I think these are pretty.
Those really are, Jane!
TOD: What I like about the internet.
About three years ago, my son and his co-worker were chatting. She said to him, "I have a friend I grew up with when we both lived in the Philippines. I think you two would get along. You should meet her."
They got acquainted over the internet. He went to visit her. For the last couple of years they have been working on getting her a visa.
I have gotten acquainted with her over Facebook. She seems like a very sweet young lady.
She arrives Sunday on a fiance visa.
My Cousin's daughter met her husband on an internet dating site and they are very happily married with a toddler. He is a great guy too.
I am free
Jury ordeal ended at 4:40 pm. I am free for another
Year!
I am home from The Weir. It was a lovely production but i wanted more. i wanted the ghost stories to scare me to death. They did not and the ending was really tepid. Good cast, lovely set, but something was missing.
IK had a great time with Joshie. We gossiped, we laughed, and we saw a play.

ONE DAY MORE!
The toe is okay. It still hurts, but it is better.
I guess I sprained my foot at the same time.
I am still pursuing the one through Medicare.
A win-win situation.

Before I forget, I am supposed to report on my toe.
The toe is okay. It still hurts, but it is better.
I guess I sprained my foot at the same time.
So, I spend a lot of time keeping my foot propped up on a pillow.
And my sister is paying half of it for my birthday present. This is nice of your sister.
