Congrats to DR ELMORE on his millstone!
Thank you for the well wishes.
BIL apparently got some sleep last night. Maybe some answers will arrive today.
Oh. 3 sons with his first wife.
Congrats to DR ELMORE on his millstone!
Thanks for catching that! I never pay attenton to these things.
BIL Mike is now in a cardiac unit under observation. They think it might be ventricular tachycardia.
So last night's opening night for The HEAD!!! That Wouldn't DIE! went quite well!
There's construction on I-5 in the evenings this weekend and I'd heard that there were a couple of accidents, so it took me TWO AND A HALF HOURS to get to the theater in Lakewood from Tumwater, when it normally would take about 35 minutes! :o

Yay!!!
Keith got Wordle in four.
Yikes, DR George. Glad the opening went well, and hoping your commute isn't nearly as bad tonight.
They laughed when I sat down at the piano...

Speaking of irises, sending health vibes for dear DR Iris out there!
BK, great to hear the show went so well last night, and that Ira Levin's son brought his family from Seattle!
George, so happy you had a successful opening night!
Well, damn! My morning is too busy already . . . and now I'm sick. This is all I do not need.
Otherwise, I have some shopping to do today and my cousin John is visiting from Oregon this weekend, but he won't be able to see the show. :-\

Not many people know this, and it may not be true - but Jerry Herman tried to interpolate a song for a Wizard of Oz stage version "Just give Dorothy to me" - but then used the tune for "Just Leave Everything to Me"
Second night vibes for DR GEORGE & Co.
I'm here to apply for the post of librarian.
My friend David just sent me this:
Have you and David had any fun adventures lately?
Is he coming to see the play?
But tell me again, why does Glinda not tell Dorothy she could click her heels three times and she'd be home, and all that mayhem wouldn't need to happen? Asking for a friend.

New half-hour documentary: West Side Story: The True Story of How Four Gay Men Created America's Greatest Musical.
The documentary, written, directed, and narrated by historian and college professor David LaFontaine, will have its online premiere Thursday at 8:30 p.m. Eastern, along with a panel discussion, and then will be made available free to colleges around the country as the first entry in the LGBTQ Literature Project.
I need some churro toffee.
Or I'd even take some lemon loaf.
Ooh, that looks good!
I spent about 90 minutes in the backyard weeding and feeding plants.

I'd certainly rather be here very early than even a little late.
I shall shortly be on my way to the theater.

Dainty little gherkins, aren’t they? Cute as cornichons.
Took the kids on a picnic lunch on Deas Island today which was fun but it was a bit of a ruse because we then took them to see the Minecraft Movie.
Which was utter garbage😍.
The rest of the family liked it so I was the stick in the mud, but it was mostly obnoxious and ill-considered.
I'd heard that it was a slightly smaller audience than last night, but they're a little more vocal than last night. :)

Great that you're having a good show!
