I love AMERICAN SPLENDOR too, not only for the people involved but because I have a strong fondness for gritty old Cleveland as Pekar portrays it.

One thing I learned from season one is that people seem to like the ones with multiple musical numbers, rather than just one number like Soylent Green or Dirty Harry.  So, this season's all have three with the exception of the final episode, which has four (one is VERY brief, though).

One of them was a long drawn out dream that seemed to go on and on and on.  It had a beginning a middle and and end and I remember it.  Most of my dreams aren't complete stories

I just got in, and I have not watched Outside the Box yet.

I just watched Outside the Box.  And while I'm not familiar with most of the references, I find the all the writing to be very enjoyable.  Especially the songs.  That's been consistent since the beginning.

I'm surprised that not everyone has seen Taxi Driver - it's such an iconic film.  See it immediately - it's quite brilliant.

Just had to work out some scheduling problems with Adrian Zmed, but it seems all is well.
